La presentación de Una arepa por el mundo en versión impresa se celebró en la librería El Buscón en Trasnocho Cultural e inició con palabras de la chocolatier y cocinera, María Fernanda Di Giacobbe, en los espacios de Trasnocho Cultural.

This electronic book focuses on the stories of those culinary entrepreneurs who have managed to establish themselves inside and outside the country around the arepa. The ebook compiles 27 of these stories, turning its owners and work team into “Ambassadors of the arepa.” Stories of struggle, discipline, perseverance and above all things a powerful emotional and economic bond with the arepa.
